THE DEVILOCK This was built for our friend Moto and his
wife in Japan. It consists of a 1970 bonneville engine (choppahead rebuild)
stuffed in a 1969
triumph front frame section. We took a 6" over hardtail and cut
it down 3" - welded, boxed, and metal molded in. Paughco mini-mustang
tank, choppahead radiused rear fender, choppahead battery box, Jim
Bernier oil tank, Z-bars, 67 triumph frontend (2" under tubes
by forking by frank), NOS 60's Gran Turismo grips, 16" rear, 19" front,
Maxxis rubber, 65 Triumph scrambler pipes. Devilock Scallop paintjob
by Choppahead. The frame, rims, wheel hubs, and oil tank were powdercoated
by East Coast Performance Coatings.
These photos were taken at the 2005 WTC show in Boston (we finished the
bike the day of the show) - we'll put better photos up once we do some
photoshoots. Shout outs to NFK and Hardcore Chopper!
