THE MUTHAFORKA

A customer approaches us with a pretty much stock (just a few modifications - photo #1 shows how it came to us), matching #'s, 1970 TR6 and wants it chopped. At first we tried to talk him out of it - and into trading it to us and having us build him one out of an engine and front frame section from the shop. But he's had this bike 18 years, doesnt plan on selling it, and always wanted a chopper. So fuck it. Let the staunchy purists choke on their own bile. We chopped the fucker. Changes included: Choppahead forward controls, choppahead battery box, choppahead points cover, 6" over aftermarket rear hardtail - boxed in nice, Maxxis Classic Whitewalls on a 16" rear rim, black powdercoat rims/frame/oil bag (one of Jim Berniers), solo seat, z-bars, electronic ignition, harley coil, choppahead radiused and cut rear trailor fender, new pipes, and a paughco mustang tank (per customer request). Metallic plum paint with vanilla milkshake scallops ties it all together and earned it its nickname....
